NICK WHITE (1000F)
Nick White
TET -36"-MLa-6"
spacerA blend of melon-gold with a heavy ruffled gold edge above a green throat. Ext; Dor.; 3 way branching; bud count 25+; Reg. 2012 (VICTORIA PARK X JOY TO THE WORLD) This daylily is named after a close friend and a valuable member of the Ontario Daylily Society. This daylily combines the vigour and plant habit of our VICTORIA PARK along with the good plant habit and clean clear colours of Brother Charles's daylily lines through Roy Klehm's intro JOY TO THE WORLD. NICK WHITE is a heavily substanced flower that looks just as good late in the day as it does first thing in the morning. As a matter of fact, when I selected it along with a few friends one day, it was at 5:00 P.M. in the afternoon on a very hot day and the blooms on NICK WHITE were in perfect condition. After it was selected some years ago, it was lined out into single fans and multiplied exceptionally well forming a clump in no time. It is one of my most used parents and the parent of many offspring out in the seedling fields. NICK WHITE has outstanding plant habits along with many flowers opening each day and it also blooms over a long period of time. Full sibling to our other 2012 intro CLARA BRADSHAW. Easily fertile both ways.
Price: $35.00 (DF)
